One of things I often say to my clients is that you can have the best systems and processes in place; the right action steps; and a great support team. But, if you don’t have the right mindset – despite having everything else in place, you can still struggle to get more clients and build a successful business.
My guest today is Moe Vara – a Strategic Interventionist who works with clients to create a mindset they need to strategize ambitiously to take their business to a higher level. By using strategic intervention techniques he helps people take action and discover their empowered selves.
Today Moe shares:
- How to design and control your mindset
- The impact of the blame game on your business
- How to plan using the “Rapid Planning Method” for rapid results,
- and much more!

[New podcast] Is your mindset supporting you in building a successful business? Or is it stunting your business’s growth? My guest on this show – Moe Vara shares some important insights. Let me know what your biggest ‘aha’ was? It’s always great to hear from you!
Mindset is my favorite topic! I enjoyed listening to what Moe has to say about mindset development. One of the ways to track unconscious limiting stories is taking a look at the current struggles in business and then writing down the reasons why you think you struggle (uncovering your perspective.) The stories will pop up quickly!
Hi @Ekaterina, I love the exercise you shared – this would be an incredible way to uncover some of those unhelpful stories you are telling yourself. I learned something from my mastermind group this passed week, which is “Mindset is MORE important than the marketing”. This may seem a little strange to say, however if you have an unhelpful mindset that is keeping you stuck – it won’t matter how much you market your business. You’ll still continue to struggle. I know – I lived this myself several years ago in my career consultancy. Great insights.
