Finding Your Voice, Telling Your Story, and Helping Other Tell Theirs
My guest today says: “If we confine the question “What would Jesus do?” only to the slightly uncomfortable or mildly inconvenient questions of our own lives, we are missing the point entirely.”
Joining me today's show is Tiffany Yecke Brooks.
Tiffany is a former writing professor turned full-time author and writing coach. She has worked in publishing for 17 years (14 as a ghostwriter) and has been a part of more than 30 books, including as a lead or contributing writer for eight New York Times best sellers.
In 2019, she began publishing under her own name and also do structural editing, manuscript consultations, book coaching, and public speaking on the side through her company, Past Eleven, LLC.
On today’s show Tiffany is going to share:
- How to find your voice and tell your own story – and how to help others tell theirs
- How to operate in the faith space while undergoing faith struggles
- How to mindfully prepare for launching your own writing/speaking career
