A 4-time entrepreneur, Husband, father of 4, avid bowhunter and a mentoring 30 year veteran of fabricating welding iconic public figure. I gladly showcase grit, determination, love of a unique craft (welding), entrepreneurial spirit, and love for The Holy Spirit. As founder and owner of JK Welding, and owner of Trails West Gate Company, John birthed JK Welding out of his garage building “cowboy furniture,” and has grown it into a multi million-dollar company. Not only have I become known as ‘John a talented welder,' also employees a highly skilled team of talented welders who have built some of the world's most epic projects. John pours into my team, helping them build confidence and belief in their skills and talents.
I have a heart and passion for inspiring the young and embracing Veterans. He mentors thousands of teens at high school and community speaking engagements throughout the entire US and is the first to jump on the opportunity to lead others and share his
story. John had a rough upbringing and knows first-hand what it takes to pull yourself from your bootstraps; grit, determination, faith, and willingness to lead and learn have been the pillars of his success.
Recently featured on the front cover and center page story of THE Welder Magazine and recently worked with Arc Junkies participating in a one hour and 40-minute podcast. He will be featured in two upcoming podcasts, The Legacy Podcast and Podcast of the Gulf Coast Growth Show, along with others.
