[Ep#316] The journey to finding purpose and walking through fear

The journey to finding purpose and walking through fear

My guest today says, “Genuine leadership is about leading with your strengths in balance.”

Joining me today is Andrea Crum.

Building her 25-year career from a high school intern to a member of the Executive team, Andrea Crum knows firsthand how challenging being genuine in our leadership approach can be all while juggling organizational expectations and a happy home life.

It’s the reason she founded Genuinely You Leadership, LLC and is launching the GYRL Talk TV Show on ROKU and Amazon Fire on the Zondra TV Network this September. Now she encourages and develops women who deal with similar struggles, successes, and situations to lead more genuinely by being who God created them to be.

She believes that when a woman is genuinely leading, she will SHINE.

On today’s show Andrea is going to share:

  1. Learning who you genuinely are and how to lead from that perspective.
  2. Being able to get out of the leadership pit of stress, overwhelm, and exhaustion.
  3. The journey to finding her purpose and walking through fear and how you can do the same.
