Words of Wisdom:

Why New Year's Resolutions Fail:

  1. They are too vague
  2. They seem overwhelming
  3. No structure or supportive environment

What to do instead:

  1. Set an ‘Inspired Intention' instead of a Resolution
  2. Be specific: what, when, etc
  3. Write it down
  4. Plan out the action steps
  5. Get it in your diary
  6. Follow it through
