[Ep #46] Give Yourself Grace – There is always tomorrow

Topic: Give Yourself Grace – There is always tomorrow

As business owners we all know how many tasks we need to get through on a daily basis in order to grow our businesses. However, what happens when along with the challenges of business, life gives you challenges that you have to overcome too.

My guest today says: We must learn to give ourselves grace. Try to get done what you can today, and if you don’t finish everything, there is always tomorrow.”

Which is such a great reminder.

Joining me on today’s show is Ben Mathewson.

Ben’s business is a new business start up, and has been in operation for 4-5 months now.

He offers online counselling via Skype / Zoom to people around the country. It’s a bit of a calling for him, since he’s wanted to be a counsellor since he was about 16.

He is thinking in time that he will offer other things like improvisation workshops, music thera-py, counselling for men, and art therapy. Some people also love the outdoors. Perhaps there’s a way to incorporate therapy into the realm of gardening. If there is, he’s working on ways to find it!!!

On today’s show Ben is going to share:

  • The benefit of hindsight & giving yourself grace;
  • Get the RIGHT advice; the DO it;
  • Find support!
