In 2017, Brie left her job as Associate Director, in line to take over a multi-million-dollar corporation in Canada, to follow God’s calling on her life. The Modern Ministry teaches all kinds of ministries, whether they sell t-shirts, blog, are in the mission field or in churches, how to create disciples through social and have an effective online presence. She also helps ministries perfect their organizations, systems and vision to create a feasible ministry. Brie and her family now live in New Zealand.
On today’s show Brie is going to share:
- Hustle. The enemy is using this word to make strife trendy. Jesus never strived for his ministry and his desire is that we should rest too.
- Engagement creates relationships and in turn brand ambassadors, but also, it strengthens the body of Christ in my niche which is ultimately what I want.
- It’s okay not to have all the answers. In a world where we are bombarded with experts and self-made millionaires, entrepreneurs, business owners and ministry leaders are scared to show weakness.

In 2017 I left my job as Associate Director, in line to take over a multi-million-dollar corporation in Canada to follow God’s calling on my life. Since I was 18, I knew God wanted me in ministry, but I never could have guessed I would be empowering other ministries through social media and training!
My husband, three children and I moved to New Zealand in October last year and while it hasn’t been easy at all, we know we are where God wants us.
The Modern Ministry teaches all kinds of ministries, whether they sell t-shirts, blog, are in the mission field or in churches, how to create disciples through social and have an effective online presence.
