Johanna has over 25 years of professional services experience in Compliance, Security, and Identity Management. 17 years ago, she founded Strategic Security Solutions (S3) to disrupt the technology ProServ industry which seeks to deliver programmatic Cyber initiatives and do it with heart. The focus is to build a sustainable and people-minded security culture. S3 strives to make the complexity of cyber, simple. 

She is proud to be a recognized expert and an active influencer in the Cyber community.  Johanna serves on the Advisory Board for the University of Tennessee and Knoxville Accounting/InfoSys Department. She supports several technology vendor advisory boards. She is also an Ambassador/Mentor for SPJ Capital and for multiple Entrepreneur and Women in Leadership Organizations. 

Johanna is a proud mother of 3 young children and is active in supporting victims of trauma and the special needs community.
