About Robert Commandeur:

I have been a church minister since the early 1980’s, and pastored a number of churches, positively changing church culture. I am involved in India (for the past 20 years), raising 100’s of thousands of dollars and speaking at annual state pastors conferences and rallies. At the end of this year, I will be filming a documentary over there. ‘Elephant in the room’ is an initiative to give leaders and CEO’s tools to navigate challenging and difficult terrain. I know that within the workplace, the elephant in the room is not addressed which add difficulty to problems and gets in the way of process and growth. People are your greatest asset, but sometimes adjustment is needed to make sure your people are in sync with your vision. We provide the tools to do this and also teach leaders how to raise funds.
