Why Strategy AND Action are KEY!

This week I shared a insightful quote by Morris Chang:

“Without strategy execution is aimless. Without execution, strategy is useless.”

Sadly, many businesses either don’t have a clear strategy in place, or they don’t have the RIGHT strategy in place. A strategy that takes into account their specific circumstances for their unique situation. Or, they fail to take consistent action. Especially when it comes to building their Thought Leadership with their Thought Leader Podcast.

On today’s show I share:

  • What you should consider as you being to plan your strategy;
  • How to avoid coming up with the WRONG strategy in your business;
  • The three stages of business growth, which should be a determining factor in defining the RIGHT strategy (and subsequent RIGHT actions) for your business.
