Joining me today is Dr Sacha Fulton.
Sacha is an accredited sports scientist, preparation specialist for athletes and adviser to high performing business teams and executives. She holds a PhD with the Australian Institute of Sport and has helped prepare numerous Olympic teams. She has also worked at the WA Institute of Sport assisting the athletic improvement of Olympic and aspiring Olympic hopefuls.
Sacha is passionate about helping ambitious people unlock potential and reach their goals. She is a surf lifesaver, a keen athlete, and an adventure enthusiast -having hiked to Mt Everest base camp and completed 1700km on foot over 62 days of the Camino de Santiago.
