2020 saw the challenge of taking the FIREUP Programs all online and Kathy led her team to not only achieve their own programs being delivered online but also got approved for Skills Tasmania funding to develop and deliver post covid recovery programs for 46 participants in Tasmania. The students from Primary Employers Tasmania and Rural Youth Tasmania engaged in a 24 webinar Certificate IV in Leadership and Management to enable them to approach 2021 with new knowledge, skills and an expanded network. The course has exceeded expectations and set a benchmark for ongoing programs.
