[Ep#172] How to create customers where perhaps you didn’t think they could exist

How to create customers where perhaps you didn't think they could exist

I’m a firm believer that success influences success and today’s guest – Karim Webb along with his business partner Braxton Barnett have created a successful model for opening restaurants in the inner city, starting with South Central Los Angeles. Not only is their restaurant, Buffalo Wild Wings (Baldwin Hills), providing its community members with valuable skills and job opportunities – unprecedented for the demographic in the area – but Mr. Webb and Mr. Barnett are making a PROFIT doing it.

So today on the show, Karim Webb joins me. Karim is going to speak about:

  • Motivation and know-how from two small business experts on how to create customers where perhaps you didn’t think they could exist successfully, and in turn create morale that will inevitably boost high profits while also transforming a community and inspiring the very people who help your business thrive.
  • The Top 10 Needs of Small Business Owners today and why their important.
  • How to balance a lifestyle packed with both professional and social responsibilities to keep your business growing and evolving within the marketplace.
